amazing location and friendly faces!
convenient location kind staff fast check-in comfortable room
I found the location convenient, especially with the metro station so close. it made getting around very easy! the staff was kind and helpful. i really appreciated the fast check-in and check-out processes, it saved me time. the room had all the necessary amenities like cutlery and toiletries. I felt very comfortable.
the breakfast options were a bit limited, i wished for more variety.

The room included a functional kitchenette with basic cooking equipment and a washing machine. there was also a separate living area with comfortable seating. I found the beds very cosy.

noisy unit unresolved problem
the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. (i particularly appreciated its proximity to public transportation).
the air conditioning unit was noisy, disrupting my sleep each night. despite reporting it to the front desk, the problem remained unresolved throughout my stay. this negatively impacted my overall experience and made it difficult to relax in the room.

Acceptable stay , but issues noted
The location suited my needs , being close to transportation.
I found the lack of clear instructions for using the cooker quite inconvenient. I HAD to wait for assistance , which delayed my meal preparation. This should be addressed .

stale smoke inconsistent shower pressure
The location near the metro station proved acceptable , allowing easy access to the city.
My assigned room reeked of stale smoke , which was quite disappointing given the non-smoking policy. The shower pressure was inconsistent , alternating between weak and normal.
